Shipping Policy
• If we shipped your order standard USPS/ FedEx/UPS Ground from our warehouse, then you can expect it to arrive no later than five business days beginning with the first business day after your order was shipped. However, that time may vary given USPS/FedEx/UPS Ground conditions in your area. • All Home/Ground shipments may be delivered without signature unless you specify signature delivery. • In some rare cases,USPS/FedEx/UPS may lose or damage a package. If you receive a package that is damaged notify the delivery driver immediately and have him/her notate the damage. Please notify us as soon as this happens.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your order only if you send a cancellation request to foglifter@thefogliftercafe.com prior to 3:00 pm the same business day that your order was placed. You may also call us at 386-626-3535.
Return Policy
Returns must be approved by a Foglifter Cafe customer service representative. Please call us at 386-626-3535 for a return authorization. We will then help you with the return process. • All stock merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition any shipping or pick up fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. • Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and confirmation that the product is in sellable condition.
